Gods & Heroes Community Day at Heatwave Interactive

Greetings Citizens of Rome!

With GDC Online (Game Developers Conference) coming up in October, we wish to combine all sorts of fun along with it. We are opening our doors to a few brave and eager souls who wish to spend an afternoon at our office! If you can make it to Austin on Friday, October 14th, we would be happy to give you a tour of the office, give you some sneak previews and get you an opportunity to ask our team anything! We have space for up to 10 people, so be sure to let us know if you wish to be involved. You can email community@godsandheroes.com to RSVP.

Here is the tentative schedule:

• 1:00pm – 2:00pm: Meet & Greet with Anthony & Leads.
• 2:00pm – 3:00pm: Intro and Q&A with Dev/Design,
• 3:00pm – 3:30pm: Intro and Q&A with Art Team
• 3:30pm – 4:00pm: Intro and Q&A with Support/QA teams
• 4:00pm – 4:30pm: Intro and Q&A with Community/Marketing team
• 4:30pm – 5:00pm: Break & Prepare for Ustream chat
• 5:00pm – 6:00pm: Live Ustream hosted by Community Team and G&H Players
• 6:00pm – 7:00pm: Drive to Salt Lick BBQ

Yes, that’s right. We’ll be hosting a special Ustream chat with our community members directly asking questions to our team. After we have finished a day at the office, we’ll drive out to Salt Lick BBQ for a relaxing time with staff.
